Business, performance metrics, and learning outcomes as determined for specific projects. Global Purse Survey (GPS): the content and curricula you create to positively impact questions regarding career and growth. Partners with in-house producers to build eLearning. Designs learning plans, curricula, and content using sound instructional design determine modality (elearning, videos, job aids, etc.). Continually evaluates and updates content to enhance effectiveness and improve outcomes. Develops In-depth knowledge of content and performance requirements in assigned area of focus. Advances learning strategy emphasizing global core learning as well as identifying areas of commonality and localized differences. Applies principles of instructional design and adult learning theory to develop and position solutions to address needs and develop talent. Partners with HR to identify learning needs and priorities. Success in this role requires strong partnership and a customer-centric focus, having a sense of urgency, and a passion for creating inspiring learning solutions.
